Our loyalty scheme is designed to reward our customers. Every time you spend at The Balloon Tree, you can be earning points on your Loyalty Card to spend in the Farm Shop, Café or even the Farm.
To sign up
If you’re interested in signing up, just ask any of our members of staff at the checkout and they will give you one of our Loyalty Forms to fill out. All you need to provide is your:
- Name – so we know who you are
- Email Address – so we can send you updates on the latest offers we are running
- Phone Number – so we can contact you if there are any issues
- Postcode – for research purposes, so we can see where our customers are coming from
- Date of Birth – for research purposes, so we can see the average age of our customers
Just fill in the form and return it to a member of staff. We will swap your complete form for one of our loyalty cards and key fobs.
Please note that we do have to load the loyalty cards onto the system manually, so please allow up to 7 days for your card to be activated.
How it works
Every time you spend £1 in the Farm Shop or Café and scan your Loyalty Card, you receive a point on your account. These points can be redeemed in the Farm Shop or the Café on anything you would like; from fruits and veg, to our in-house baked treats, to a gin and tonic to go with your Sunday Lunch. Every 100 points on your Loyalty Card is £1 to spend. You could even use it to treat the kids to some of our Pick Your Own strawberries during the Summer.
Lost your card
If you have lost your Loyalty Card or had it stolen, there’s no need to worry. Just let a member of staff know and we can provide you with a new card. We can even attach it to your ongoing account, making sure you don’t lose any of your Loyalty points.
Need a second card
If you are wanting to add a second card onto your account, that is no problem at all. Just let us know and we can attach a second card onto your account, so multiple members of your household can collect Loyalty Points together.
