If you’re interested in signing up, you can complete the online form using the button below, or ask in store & complete a physical form. All sign ups are registered on a Monday, so cards for online sign ups will be ready to collect by Tuesday, and cards from physical sign ups will be live from Tuesday.

All you need to provide is your:

• Name – so we know who you are
• Email Address – we would like to send you updates on the latest offers we are running
• Postcode – we love to know where our customers are coming from
• Day & Month of Birth – we may send you a special offer during your Birthday month

By signing up to our reward scheme, you will receive a Balloon Tree Card & Key Fob.

Signing up our reward scheme allows you to access more offers at The Balloon Tree – such as 10% off hot drinks in the Farm Shop!

Also, every time you spend £1 in the Farm Shop or Café and scan your Rewards Card, you receive a point on your account. These points can be redeemed in the Farm Shop or the Café on anything you would like; from fruits and veg, to our in-house baked treats, to a gin and tonic to go with your Sunday Lunch. Every 100 points on your Loyalty Card is £1 to spend. You could even use it to treat the kids to some of our Pick Your Own strawberries during the Summer.

If you have lost your Rewards Card or had it stolen, there’s no need to worry. Just let a member of staff know in store, or email info@theballoontree.co.uk. We can provide you with a new card there and then, or arrange one for you to collect when you next visit. We can even attach it to your ongoing account, making sure you don’t lose any of your points.

If you are wanting to add a second card onto your account, that is no problem at all. Just let us know and we can attach a second card onto your account, so multiple members of your household can collect points together.
