Pick Your Own is now closed

Our PYO is currently closed. Because of the British weather being so beautiful, sunny and hot, we were able to open our PYO Strawberries two weeks earlier than usual – but this means the plants are reaching the end of the season two weeks earlier than usual as well. We are waiting for a new variety of strawberries to come through in a few weeks time, which we will have as ready picked in our Farm Shop – if there are enough strawberries, we will reopen for some PYO days too but we do not think this is likely. Our Farm will be back open late-September for PYO Pumpkins!

There are no bookings for our picking experience, so just come along when the farm is open. We have an entry fee to our PYO farm of £2.50 per person, which contributes towards farm maintenance fees – without it we could not open our Pick Your Own Farm.

We make it super easy to come and Pick Your Own!

There is no pre-booking required – just come to site during the PYO months and follow the “Pick Your Own” and “The Berry Barn” signs to the fruit you are looking for. It’s all signposted, but if you have any questions, just ask our friendly staff in the Farm Shop or the Berry Barn.

Punnets are available from the “Punnet Points” at the entrance to  and around our PYO fields.

Pick your fruit before heading to The Berry Barn or Farm Shop to pay for what you have picked & your entrance to the farm.

Head home and enjoy your pickings!

Please note, we ask that dogs do not join you when picking

They are welcome in the Cafe Garden & Picnic Area at The Berry Barn.

Important to remember: Fruit picking is not just for little kids – it’s fantastic fun for big kids too! So, make sure you bring the whole family when you visit our Pick Your Own farm.
